What we process

What you type into the forms (name, e-mail, optional phone and the content of the request), your account data if you create one, and a keyed hash of the IP address to stop abuse. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why and on what basis

To answer your request, send the alerts you ask for and run your account (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)), and to protect the service against abuse (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).

How long

Requests are kept up to 24 months after they are closed; alerts until you cancel them. The IP hash cannot be turned back into the address.

Recipients

Our hosting is in the European Union. We do not sell or pass on your data. Visit statistics are measured without cookies and without personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@continentix.com, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
