The owner of the business or someone with written authorisation (agencies, advisers).

What must be true

Price, revenue, profit, rent and employees must be real and backed up if documents are requested.

Moderation

Every listing is reviewed before publication. Misleading or duplicate listings, or ones asking for advance payments outside the platform, are removed.

Buyers write through NegociaMap chat; contact details stay hidden until you decide to share them.
