NegociaScore methodology

What it measures

NegociaScore summarises, from 0 to 100, how much verifiable information a listing has: complete financials, documents provided, consistency with the company in the BORME and seller verification.

What it does not

It is not an appraisal or a buy recommendation. A high value means more checkable information, not a better business.

Context data

Next to each listing we show population (INE), active companies (DIRCE), registered unemployment (SEPE) and GDP per inhabitant (Eurostat) of its province.
