Origin

Auctions are taken from notices published in the Spanish Official Gazette (BOE, sections IV and V) and link to the Portal de Subastas lot when there is one.

What counts

The binding terms are always those of the official notice and the Portal de Subastas. NegociaMap summarises data (starting price, deadline, province) that may contain reading errors.

Taking part

To bid you must register on the BOE agency’s Portal de Subastas and lodge the required deposit. NegociaMap takes no part in auctions.
