Purpose

NegociaMap brings together business-for-sale listings published by their owners, official auctions published in the BOE and public statistics. It is an information platform: it does not broker deals, does not appraise businesses and does not handle payments between the parties.

Third-party content

Listings are the responsibility of whoever publishes them and are moderated before publication. Official data come from the BOE, BORME, INE, SEPE, Eurostat and datos.gob.es and are reused under their terms, with the source cited.

Intellectual property

NegociaMap’s own design, code and texts may not be copied without permission. Reused public data keep their own licences.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law (LSSI-CE, Law 34/2002).
